Computer Society of India is the largest and the most Professionally managed association of Computer Science and IT professionals in India. The purpose of the society is Educational and Scientific directed towards the advancement of the Theory and Practice of CS and IT. The organization is a the biggest network of of professional in India that includes personalities with varied backgrounds including Software Developers, Scientists, Academicians, Project Managers, CIOs, CTOs, IT vendors and students. The society is spread its branches all over the country with more than 500 students’ branches. The idea is to spread the Knowledge and Provide opportunities to as many interested members as possible.
Computer Society of India at MRCET
The MRCET being a premier educational institution in the Telangana State is an institutional member of CSI and also contributing to the community through its student branch established in the year 2013. The MRCET-CSI-Students branch is associated to the Hyderabad Chapter (V) organizing various knowledge sharing and development events. Since its formation, the chapter is striving to enhance the skill set, leadership qualities, and provide opportunities to the members and other related groups through a series of Technology training programs, Faculty development programs, R&D , and Project internships etc
Vision & Mission
The MRCET-CSI chapter is working towards the promotion of CS & IT as a profession of choice. To fulfill this objective it organizes Workshops, Guest lectures, Seminars, Training programs , Projects & Contests, and Conferences. We strive to provide a platform where our students, staff and researchers to prove their skill & knowledge, collaborative and leadership abilities and grab opportunities from the global pool.
