Lieutenant L. Sushma is an Associate NCC Officer, C Certificate holder (Air Wing), and has successfully completed Pre-Commission Training (PRCN) with Alpha Grade at OTA, Gwalior. Also awarded Certificate of Excellence in Exercise Anubhav an InstitutionalTraining at OTA. She holds an M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from JNTU Hyderabad (JNTUH).
With a distinguished professional career spanning over 18 years, she brings a strong blend of industry expertise, academic excellence, and leadership experience. She began her professional journey as a Contract Engineer at DRDL, followed by two years as a Design Engineer at Infotech Enterprises, where she gained valuable exposure to aerospace design and defense-related projects.
She has 15 years of teaching experience, having taught a wide range of Aeronautical Engineering subjects, along with emerging and interdisciplinary technologies such as Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Python, and C Programming. Her academic and training approach emphasizes discipline, innovation, technical competence, and leadership development, inspiring students and cadets alike to excel in both professional and service-oriented careers.
Batalion Havildar Major (ACP NB SUB) Anand Rao Joined Indian Army in 1997 and served in various Indian Army established CI Operation (J&K) in 1998,Kargil war 1999 and Operation Parakram 2002. Awarded to 9 years and 20 years good conduct medal, 50 year and 75 year Independence Day medal.
