CTO & Training Officer
CTO LUKKANI SUSHMA Joined MRCET as Assistant Professor in July 2012. She holds M.Tech Aerospace and Pursuing PhD from JNTUH with research mainly focusing on Shock Induced Scramjet Engine. She is certified from 360TMG on Data science with Python. She had total 15 years teaching experience adding to her research she worked as Project Engineer at Defense Research & Development Laboratory and was a part of Aero Test Facility and gained vast practical aspects in Aero Testing Facilities. Served InfoTech Enterprise as Design Engineer working on Technical Publications and was involved in Revisions and New manual writing in AIRBUS technical publications. With the interest in teaching she joined IARE for 2.5 years. Her Area of Interest is Propulsion and Aerodynamics.
She took charge as Care taker officer in May 2022. She Holds NCC ‘C’ Certificate with A grade and her interest towards the NCC bridges these two worlds of Teaching and Nation Building by focusing on the development and motivation of NCC cadets.
Batalion Havildar Major (ACP NB SUB) Anand Rao Joined Indian Army in 1997 and served in various Indian Army established CI Operation (J&K) in 1998,Kargil war 1999 and Operation Parakram 2002. Awarded to 9 years and 20 years good conduct medal, 50 year and 75 year Independence Day medal.
Experience in excellent management skills, Battalion Havildar Major Duties, NCC cadets Training Instructor, Time Management and Handling pressure situation, Fire & Safety Management, security and Manpower management , Signal Operator and Management.
Civil Education qualified BA from Andhra University. ITI from Ambala Haryana, Diploma in IT
Army Education adds with qualified permanent Instructor from NCC, Junior Commissioned Officer Cadre, DRILL, Map Reading Class I, Weapon Training, Tech Trade Class I.
