(2) Academic Background : He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Arts, Professional Bachelor’s Degree (BLISc) in Library and Information Science and a Master’s Degree (M.L.I.Sc) in Library and Information Science, Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration, also has done Certificate Course in Library and Information Science (CLISc), Diploma in Computer Applications.
